We are a professional Pilates studio established in 2004, teaching the Pilates Method in a comfortable and relaxing environment. We pride ourselves on our expertise as teachers and leaders in the field. Expect a warm welcome into our  community of members in the bustling centre of the City of York, where the magic of Pilates  supports your journey to a strong flexible body and a calmed mind.

Just as you would expect from a Pilates Method studio  we are  fully equipped with traditional Pilates apparatus from Reformers to ped-o- pull! Ask us about our Pilates Mat classes, one to one private lessons, studio apparatus groups and Reformer. Pre and post natal classes are available as one to one sessions or duets with a friend.
