The Pilates Space is a professional Pilates studio where the Pilates method of movement and exercise is taught by enthusiasts in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The studio is situated in a secluded mews courtyard in the centre of the City of York offering group Pilates classes, one to one Pilates classes, studio machine classes and prenatal Pilates for Pregnancy.
